Gift #191: Walking through leaves

I have safely trodden underfoot the leaves of another year.”  – Robert Frost

One of the greatest pleasures of autumn is walking through the fallen leaves.  They make a pleasing crunch under pressure and the perfume the leaves release is heady and earthy – full of deep, wondrous things.  As we say goodbye to autumn and welcome winter, I remember the beauty and the glories of nature put on display for us this year.

Blessings to you,

Sarah
