Gift #264: Sycamores and evergreens

I love sycamore trees for their stark white branches.  They are a beautiful contest, especially in winter against the grey skies.  When the limbs are bare of leaves, they are very striking.  And I’m so thankful for evergreen trees.  They are the only green, living things around right now and  it’s so nice to have them about.  They are wonderful reminders of what we have to look forward to in spring.  I took these pictures in my neighborhood over the weekend.  It was morning and they gray clouds were starting to blow away and yield to blue skies.  It was a lovely landscape.
