Today my mom and I went to the Knit and Crochet Guild Show in Indianapolis. They host shows twice a year in different cities across the US, and people come from all over to take classes and retreats, attend a fashion show, participate in a silent auction, and shop. If this isn’t enough to keep you busy, there are lounge rooms where you can just sit and knit. I didn’t take any classes, but we did have a chance to visit the showroom and browse the yarns for purchase. About 20 vendors came to sell yarn, patterns, books, supplies, give free demonstrations, and tempt us all with beautiful samples. It was lots of fun to browse and meet new friends.
