Happy Tuesday everyone! Today I wanted to show some pictures of the artwork and crafts from the state fair. I’m most interested in the knitting and needlework, since those are hobbies of mine as well. Here’s some of the knitted projects that were on display.
They had an antique hat display in the Home & Craft building and these from the late 1800s were amazingly beautiful.
I loved this altered photography collage. Of course, I love everything with a Cheshire cat grin and mushrooms
Here is one of the floral arrangements – in a birdcage instead of the traditional vase.
And this was an amazing piece of jewelry crafted with hand-made flowers. It was quite a statement piece. This artist had several items on display, all featuring fabric flowers, and all were beautiful.
