On my last trip to Eagle Creek park I found some wild holly. Its bright glossy green leaves stood in stark contrast to the fading landscape. The red berries were very cheerful. It’s a treat to live where holly grows so freely. What a lovely gift to have a such a burst of color in the winter landscape.
