It’s time for a card share today since I haven’t done one in a while. The layout for these cards came from my stamp club meeting on Saturday. It’s a quick and easy card front which can be used for a variety of occasions.
These cards are for Forgotten 4 Paws, an animal rescue non-profit in Ohio. They requested thank you cards for their donors, volunteers, and adoptive families. I used some bright summery paper that I got years ago as a freebie from a store. The hexagon punch is from Stampin Up and the sentiment is from a coordinating stamp set. I also used a little paw print stamp from Inkadinkado. The animal cards are my favorite to make for Cards for a Cause. I also made an extra card to send to a friend.
Then with the punches I had leftover from punching the main colored cardstock panel, I had enough to make an extra card. This time I put the solid colored punches on a striped paper background. It’s a bonus card! Would be great for a baby boy’s shower or a young boy’s birthday card. I’ll keep it on reserve for that perfect occasion. Hope you enjoyed the cards!
Blessings to you,
