Gift #942: Flocks of birds

The day after I got home from Texas, a wondrous thing occurred.  Flocks of hundreds and hundreds of birds descended on the neighborhood, cartwheeling through the sky and performing mesmerizing aerial acrobatics as they swooped from tree to tree.  I think they are starlings – but they are still beautiful.

It is amazing to see large flocks of birds and when they fly in unison, it is breath-taking!
