Today’s the final day of the Tour de Ornaments from the Christmas tree. Here’s a look at some of the woodland creatures that inhabit the great pine forest in the living room. My family has amassed a nice collection of nature-themed ornaments over the years. The tree is full of birds, leaves, acorns, pinecones, bird nests, mushrooms, and lots of animals….even a spiderweb! One of my favorite Christmas sayings is from Joy to the World : “Let heaven and nature sing.” It’s special to me because it acknowledges that the natural world praises its Creator and is sacred.
