Today we will “see heaven in a wildflower” as William Blake said. Here are some pictures from my beloved Lair o’ the Bear park. June is the best time to visit the mountains because it’s still relatively cool but the sun is out, the wildflowers are abundant, the creeks are full and joyful, and everything is green. And if you’re lucky you’ll catch a glimpse of some wildlife out enjoying the day as well. We had a dazzling display of wildflowers to admire – lots of bluebells, lupine, wild roses and others that I don’t know by name but are still lovely. I hope you enjoy the pictures and that you have a chance to appreciate the wildflowers wherever you are too.
Blessings to you,
Sarah
