Gift #613: Ranunculus

When one is in need of cheer and happy thoughts, I find flowers to be the best sort of medicine.  So today I’m taking a double and triple dose.

The flowers are ranunculus plants found at the grocery store, of all places.  These are among my favorite of flowers  and I have a pinterest board full of them.  They came home.  End of story.  And they’re living happily ever after on the deck

Aren’t they bright and happy?  They can’t help but lift the spirits.

The smallest flower is a thought, a life answering to some feature of the Great Whole, of whom they have a persistent intuition.    – Honore de Balzac

Blessings to you,

  1. The Ranunculus are so beautiful, but so sturdy! They remind us of the strength in beautify, and the beauty in strength. May all be well with you, Sarah. Hugs! WG
